Lewis & Co Planning are looking for a Planning Consultant to join our progressive and supportive team. This role is available on a full-time basis and is a permanent position.

The Planning Team operates from our Seven Dials, Brighton office and works with both private and public sector clients across a wide range of projects in all key development sectors. We are very proud of our achievements and the strong relationships the team develop with clients. 

The role of Planning Consultant provides a great opportunity to be part of an established, friendly team, supporting projects across the South-East and UK. Amongst a range of duties, you will devise and execute planning application strategies, co-ordinate and submit planning applications and associated submissions, produce planning appraisals and client advice across a range of sectors. You will also assist experienced members of the team in an environment which provides opportunities to shape your career and the successful places Lewis & Co seek to create.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Planning Experience Required – 3 to 5 years (public or private sector)

Chartered Town Planner Members preferred
