About Us

Lewis and Co Planning is a chartered town planning practice based in Brighton in the south east of England. The company was set up in 2006 and the two professional directors are chartered town planners and members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

The directors have over 25 years combined experience as planning professionals with significant experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked for small and large private consultancies, District Councils, County Councils and Unitary Authorities. 

Lewis and Co Planning carry out all the activities associated with a professional planning practice – including site appraisals, planning applications, presentations to Planning Committees, planning appeals and Local Development Framework representations.  Our clients current include major housing associations local authorities, architects, house builders and private individuals.
